Aaron Worsham joins as Chief Technology Officer, Mike Valeriati joins as Chief Financial Officer and Jeff Tate has been named Vice President of Marketing. Aaron Worsham, as Chief Technology Officer, will lead the enhancement of Bond's proprietary and partner technology suite. Worsham’s extensive background in software platform design, product development, and MarTech will bring increased value to Bond’s clients seeking to achieve their customer growth objectives. Worsham’s leadership is set to provide crucial insights for today's CMOs, Digital Officers, CIOs, and CTOs, enabling them to make data-driven decisions that enhance brand value and shareholder returns. Worsham comes from Merkle and has extensive prior experience working with Fortune 1000 companies.
The company is advancing Martech initiatives and will strengthen alliance partnerships. Under Worsham’s guidance Bond will enhance the company’s growing Salesforce practice within the Loyalty and Messaging clouds. Bond continues its commitment to driving the evolution of its Synapze LX Loyalty Platform and Synapze XI customer intelligence platform, pushing both to new levels of sophistication to meet the complex engagement and personalization needs of today’s biggest brands.
Jeff Tate joins Bond to lead the global go-to-market strategy and drive further awareness of Bond as the leading loyalty and customer engagement experts. With nearly two decades of experience in marketing and strategy roles, Tate brings a wealth of knowledge from his work with national and global brands such as Canadian Tire, Home Depot, and Walmart. Tate’s previous roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Innovation Officer bring to Bond the expertise required to broaden market awareness of the best-in-breed customer growth services Bond brings to challenges faced by Marketing, MarTech and Customer Experience executives.
As CFO, Mike Valeriati joins Bond with a distinguished track record of driving financial and operational strategy and fostering growth throughout diverse industries while navigating complex regulatory environments. Mike comes to Bond from Dentsu Canada where held progressive leadership roles with the most recent being the Chief Financial Officer.
